The Single Story Foundation has launched its inaugural issuue. 

The Single Story Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides storytelling opportunities for Africans at home and in diaspora. 

The contributors include writers from Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Botswana, Somali and Britain, and Cameroon. 

They are Lauri Kubuitsile, Athol Williams, Efe Ogufere, Timi Odueso, Ahmad Holderness, O.J. Nwankwo, Taiye Ojo, Torinmo Salau, Fahima Hersi, Rešoketšwe Manenzhe, Helen Nde, Ané Breytenbach, Muwanwu Sikhitha, Ifeanyichukwu Eze, C.J. Nelson, and Carey Baraka.

The beautif journal’s cover art was done by the talented Aisha Jemila. It’s called Aisha’s Acceptance.
